adaffix is the company behind YELLIX. Our aim is to enrich the phone call experience by adding contextually relevant content to calls in real time.

We believe that automatically connecting calls with local and social content is the most natural evolutionary element to add to telephony, and brings the whole experience of phone calling into a new era.

Our award winning service YELLIX does this in a non intrusive way focusing on presenting the customer with only relevant contextual content at the right time. We have designed YELLIX with the customer in mind at all times. As most consumers tend to be passive, YELLIX runs on a fully automated basis that does not require them to act, but instead react to our service.

Our vision is that YELLIX should be the standard service on every phone, and bring convenience and choice to every customer.

adaffix was founded by Claudia Poepperl, John Lisek and Mathias Schroeder and was incorporated as adaffix GmbH in Austria in 2009.

We deliver what we stand for
adaffix consists of two words deriving from Latin. “ad” which means joined to , in addition to, near to. “affix” derives from Latin “affigere” which means attach, fasten, fix, pin. Literally speaking, affixation is used to form new words by adding sounds at the beginning, the middle or the end of words. We apply a similar principle to calls.
